Zertifizierung Qualität HACCP

Certified throughout

DIN EN ISO 9001 including the HACCP concept and contract logistics, DIN EN ISO 14001, DIN EN 14064 and 16258 (CO2 footprint and shipment calculator), ISO 27001, and s.a.f.e.

Can a cooperation of independent partners be just as fully and reliably as a concern? CargoLine demonstrates how: it is the only general cargo network to be certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 including the HACCP concept and contract logistics, DIN EN ISO 14001, DIN EN 14064 and 16258 (CO2 footprint and shipment calculator) as well as according to s.a.f.e. Furthermore it has based its information security measures on the requirements of ISO standard 27001.

In these days, it is a matter of course to be certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. However, to get 50 independent, heterogenous partners to undergo the same certificatation processes is quite a different matter. By making sure, though, that all CargoLine partners are identically certified, the cooperation guarantees that customers can expect identically high quality standards throughout the network.

What's more: systemised part-load transports with time guarantee, i.e. NightLinePlus, NightLine NextDay, NightLineEurope NextDay and NightLineFix, have also been certified. When carrying out the certification audits, therefore, an external examiner not only checked the usual interfaces for shipments but also the individual quality features. Several times a year, independent auditors as well as an in-house member of staff responsible for quality ensures that all partners - and their sub-contractors! - are at all times keeping to the quality criteria laid down.

By the way, quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 at CargoLine also comprises the HACCP concept and contract logistics.

Furthermore CargoLine has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 environmental management standards and as such is the first general cargo network in Germany to be certified in the four areas of environmental, quality and food safety management as well as contract logistics at the same time. The cooperation doesn’t stop there, though: Certification includes subcontractors, too, as these often cover the last mile of a consignment’s journey. That way the group ensures the same transport quality all the way right to the customer.

In addition, CargoLine has become a member of s.a.f.e., an association working to increase safety and security in freight companies. Furthermore the cooperation has based its information security measures on the requirements of ISO standard 27001.
